This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on aomedical.co.za and is applicable to South African customers only.

AO Medical reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

​

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from our office. Items purchased are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. AO Medical cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made other suppliers.

Delivery

​

Delivery within South Africa is Free for orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 will be charged a R175

delivery fee.

​

We only deliver within South Africa.

​

Delivery Address

​

Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as our Courier requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, the Courier requires the business and receivers’ names.

​

Once an order has been dispatched, AO Medical is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.

​

Online Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under South African Consumer Law

Return Requirements

​

AO Medical  is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on aomedical.co.za , you are entitled to a refund within 15 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

– Proof of purchase needs to be included

​

– Items in original condition , unopened boxes only

​

– Due to hygiene we cannot accept return on items which have been opened .

​

– For all returns requests please send a detailed mail to info@aomedical.co.za and once authorised a collection will be  arranged. AO Medical does not accept returns sent separately by a customer.

Returns of Goods Purchase on a Promotion

​

Any goods that have been purchased on a promotion, will upon return be subject to a handling and administration fee of R150 00.

​

The handling and administration fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

​

Refund Payments

​

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, within 5 business days of AO Medical receiving the return parcel.Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

 

PLEASE NOTE: AO Medical cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

Exchanges or Replacements

​

Our system unfortunately cannot handle exchanges and replacements, but you can return items for a full refund and in the meantime shop for a more suitable item online. Alternatively, you can return your items, wait for your refund and then shop for a more suitable item online.
